1. Client Care: Maximal Learning’s core values are Quality, Honesty and Respect. We seek to provide all learners, employers and partners with the highest quality experience from initial contact, throughout the learner journey through to progression. We respect our clients and are committed to the safety and security of our learners. We have policies and processes in place to support safe learning/safe working practices and ensure learners are informed how to report any concerns.
2. Practical & Relevant: Maximal Learning seeks to provide clients with the best possible opportunity both to acquire knowledge (including theory and tools) with real scope for practical application in the chosen role; and to develop more general competence that will help our clients with career advancement a paid or voluntary capacity.
3. Information, Advice and Guidance: Maximal Learning provides our clients with relevant Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) throughout their learner journey to support their learning and progression. Maximal Learning works with a fully accredited Matrix provider to deliver efficient and effective IAG including signposting to further or higher education and career development opportunities.

5. Flexibility: Maximal Learning strives to make learning and development a positive experience for everyone involved. We aim to provide a range of flexible and responsive methods for training and assessment to remove barriers to participation. As such our programmes are available online, classroom based and via distance learning. Our centre staff, tutors and assessors offer support in both a proactive and responsive manner and often make themselves available in evenings and at weekends!
