Maximal Learning generates a significant amount of revenue from third party referrals. We value this source of business greatly and are keen to reward referrers for promoting Maximal Learning.
Do you know anyone who might benefit from our consultancy or training services?
Perhaps you have a colleague, friend or relative who is starting or growing a business. Or someone that is trying to raise finance, write a business plan, generate more income or just in need of some coaching/support to move their business ideas forward.
Simply refer someone to us and we will give you £100 when they engage our services*.
There is no limit to the number of people you can refer and the amount you earn. E.g. if 1 of your referrals engages with us you earn £100, if 5 engage you earn £500, if 10 engage you earn £1000 and so on*.
The person or business you refer will also be given an introductory discount and a free business top tips fact sheet so its a win, win situation for everyone.

When your referrals spend more than £3500 + VAT with us we will reward you with a free place on our Barbados Leadership Retreat taking place late 2011 and early 2012. We fly you to the gem of the Caribbean, Barbados, for 6 days to participate in our Work, Rest and Play leadership retreat.
Your reward includes the flight, accommodation, meals and group sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity to take that step back you deserve to reflect on your business and to plan your next business moves strategically. You will have plenty of time to network, take in the sights, and relax on the award winning beaches in Barbados. You will leave the retreat feeling motivated, inspired, re-energised and ready for action when you get back to the UK.

Three simple ways to refer people or businesses to us
Each person or business you refer to us will be given an introductory discount and a free business top tips fact sheet even if they dont engage our services.

We will send you an affiliate electronic form that you can place on your website or send to people by email that you want to refer to us. People and businesses using the affiliate form will need to leave their first name, email, contact number and a short description of the support they require. When they submit the form you will receive a notification that someone has contacted us from your affiliate form. * Terms and Conditions
1. The £100 offer relates to referrals received and engaged on their first assignment with us during July 2010 - July 2011 only. Thereafter the referral fee per person or
business may change.
2. Engaged means the person or business you refer to us pays for a minimum of 1 day consultancy services or 1 day of training services with cleared funds.
3. Your referral fee(s) will be calculated and paid to you on presentation of an invoice at the month end of the following month your referral(s) engage with us.
For example you refer 3 people that engage our consultancy service on the 10th July. You invoice us on 30th July, we pay your invoice on the 31st August.
4. We will send you a statement at the end of each month showing who you have referred, who has engaged with us and how much you have earned.
5. You will be offered a free place on our Barbados Leadership Retreat when your referrals total spend is more than £3500 + VAT with us collectively on their first
engagement. For example if referral 1 spends £500 + VAT, referral 2 spends £1000 and the other 3 or more referrals spend an amount that together exceeds £3500 +
VAT. Dates for the Barbados Leadership Retreat are to be confirmed. No cash alternative is offered or available.We reserve the right to make changes to the scheme.
