It is a two-way relationship with both the organisation and the employee gaining significant benefits including enhanced performance and productivity.
Participants
This tightly focused ILM programme is perfect for anyone who wishes to spend the minimum time learning, and the maximum time practically applying coaching techniques at work or in a simulated work environment whilst achieving a highly desirable qualification. Successful completion of Level 3 provides eligibility for Associate Membership (AMinstLM) of the Institute of Leadership & Management.
Release your teams' full potential
Team Leaders and First Line Managers are responsible for staff and ensuring that work objectives are met. However, this is easier said than done as staff teams are made up of individuals who all have their own personal goals and motivations as well as the non work-related stresses and strains of everyday life to deal with. Coaching, which focuses on the individual, is a tool that when deployed effectively by team leaders and managers can be used to enhance morale, improve motivation, increase productivity and reduce staff turnover as individuals feel valued and connected their organisation.
"Coaching is motivating, inspiring, challenging, and guiding others..an essential tool to business success strategy"
The accredited Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 Award in Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers covers a comprehensive range of skills and knowledge required by anyone wishing to use the tool of coaching in the work environment to motivate higher performance and increased business and personal success.
